Countermeasure: Regularly inspect the mold, confirm the service life and maintenance method of the mold, maintain and re-manufacture the mold regularly.

④ material processing or deformation: foam material or material than soft material is processed, because the force is easy to deform, processing by punching and cutting material first extrusion shrinkage, molding and stretching, will form a larger shape, the size of the inner hole smaller.

Poor position offset

Countermeasure: When the rule is divided or divided, the material or the off paper "S" Edge difference request, quantification can be measured; the storage conditions of the adhesive after cutting need to be carried out according to the rules, to avoid the relative shift of the adhesive material and the reel, affecting the composite.
