Die-cutting processing plantA wide variety of materials, tape is one of them, today with you focus on the common sense of popular science tape and varieties, and understand the die-cutting processing of the information used, believe that many senior die-cutting engineers or masters have heard.

Structure of the tape

1, glue is a high molecular weight of the material (activity), with different temperature, humidity, pressure to produce deterioration of the phenomenon;

2, glue can be divided into dry, wet two kinds: dry-sticky focus into an inverse ratio (conventional more dry and non-stick), wet-sticky focus is proportional (conventional more wet and sticky);

3, Eternal fixed glue: Thermal Hardening thermal sol, such as the Japanese East M series.

Varieties of Glue

A, acrylic glue system (ACRYLIC)

Advantages: Easy to process consumption, good transparency, temperature-resistant 130°, low price, good weatherability, extremely long service life, good adhesion to steel plate;

Defects: Compared with RUBBER, the viscosity is worse and the temperature is more sensitive.

B, Rubber (RUBBER)

Advantages: Strong initial adhesion, waterproof, temperature-resistant 90°~120°, cheap price, good viscosity on the steel plate, (but the price of thermal hardening is high);

Defects: not easy to process, easy to oxidize, easy to residue glue, poor weather resistance, low temperature difference;

C, silicone system (SILICON)

Advantages: Warm-resistant 180° above, good weatherability, good adhesion to silicon data (for sulfide adhesion), long application life;

Defects: Higher prices, poor initial adhesion (low viscosity), not environmentally friendly;

D, Thermal Sol system (hardening, activation)

Advantages: Good weatherability, low price, fast glue consumption;

Defects: The use of procedures jumbled;

Base material Parts

DU POND in the United States has developed four industrial materials on its own, and the substrates used in tape are:

A, MYLAR: That is, POLYESTER, the Japanese industry known as PET;

B, KAPTON: Also known as POLYIMDE, or gold-plated tape (PI);

C, NOMAX: Usually the industry known as Merino paper, DuPont's common number is 410# (no glue), the number of the day East is NO.380;

D, TEFLIN: The industry is known as Teflon, is a kind of acid and alkali resistance and high temperature has a higher coefficient of friction data;

Varieties of substrates

A, PVC

Advantages: Good labeling, anti-acidic, a variety of colors to choose from;

Defects: Poor elasticity at low temperatures, high temperature can only withstand around 80°;

B, PE

Advantages: Excellent labeling, anti-acid and solvent, fit economic benefits;

Defects: Appropriate resilience after application, heat resistance as long as about 77 °;

C, PET

Advantages: Good friction resistance, strong tensile strength, solvent resistance, a variety of colors can be selected, high transparency, temperature resistance up to 130 °;

Defects: Cutting when the formation of double knife will be easy to tear, too thin when the electrostatic effect caused by the use is not easy;

D, Metal foil

Advantages: Isolation of moisture and dust, superior thermal reflectivity, good temperature resistance, aluminum foil 310°, lead foil 150°, and not easy to extinguish, outdoor climate, lead foil acid resistance;

E, Teflon

Advantages: Appearance will not stick to sticky, high temperature resistance, room temperature can reach 200°, instantaneous temperature can reach 277°, acid-alkali and solvent, low-temperature excellent adhesion, excellent moisture barrier;

Defects: High price, and the material will damage the environment;

F, Glass fiber

Advantages: Strong tensile strength, excellent thermal insulation effect, 204° temperature resistance up to several hours, not easy to extinguish;

Defects: Moisture barrier difference, poor volley;

G, KAPTON

Advantages: High temperature resistance, temperature up to 180°, and has a high resistance voltage of about 6.6KV;

Defect: The price is several times more expensive than PET.
